Hello, i have done my training on AI certification and when i try to access the course it fails says access denied 403. can someone help.

Is there any solution to this issue? I have access to both partner and customer academy but both of them gives the same "access denied 403" error when I try to take a quiz for Lakehouse Fundementals certificate. Please see the screenshot below. I tried with/without VPN, tried different browsers and different partner/customer accounts but nothing helped on this issue.
