Didnt received certifiacte

I received an email stated that :

Congratulations! You've passed the exam.

You will receive your certification via credentials.databricks.com within 48 hours. Once you receive your digital credentials, you can create an account and join the Databricks Certified Directory

However I didn't receive anything after that and I can not register @credentials.databricks.com

How Can I receive my certificate ? Can You please help me with this?
