Request to Reschedule Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam

Hi Team,

Upon attempting to access my exam in which was scheduled for today Nov 12th 2024 at 1:30 PM, I encountered an issue on the Webassessor page, which stated: "Your assessment must be launched at scheduled time. Now the time has passed. Please contact Program Manager to reschedule the exam". It appears the system registered the exam for 1:30 AM instead of 1:30 PM, though I am confident I selected the afternoon slot.

After contacting Kryterion support, I was informed that they could not reschedule it on their end. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your help to reschedule my exam for today or an upcoming date at your earliest convenience. I have not got a chance to attempt the test.

I have created a support ticket on the Databricks help page with a number of #00565260.

Please help me resolve this issue. I kindly ask to help me in retaking this exam as this is very important for me. @Cert-Team

Hi @Cert-TeamOPS I had applied for the Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam and was scheduled to appear on July 26 2025, at 4:00 PM. It appears the system registered the exam for 4:00 AM instead of 4:00 PM, though I am confident I selected the afternoon slot.I kindly request your assistance in allowing me to reschedule or retake the exam at a later date.
