I recently attempted the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam. After completing all the questions and clicking the Submit button, the exam unexpectedly got suspended.

I want to assure you that I strictly followed all the rules and guidelines throughout the exam and did not engage in any prohibited activities. I am unsure why this issue occurred.

As I have already put significant effort into preparing for this exam, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. If it is not possible to recover the exam, I humbly ask for a coupon or waiver so that I can reattempt the exam.
