Request to reschedule Databricks associate exam

Hi Team.I attempted my first exam for data bricks associate and got suspended last week Nov 15th.I attempted the exam with sincerity ,looking only at the screen.I would like to reattempt. I am unable to reschedule as the button is not enabled to reschedule.Please help to reschedule

my exam.ID - soumya.s@sigmoidanalytics.com.

After contacting Kryterion support, I was informed that they could not reschedule it on their end
