When I reached out to Kryterion, they advised me to contact Databricks directly.</P><P>Initially, when I attempted to start the exam, it checked the system requirements, including video, audio, and internet connection. After clicking "next," I was presented with a suspension window stating: "Your exam is being suspended for non-compliance with the requirements set by your test sponsor." I am unsure why the exam was suspended at such an early stage, especially since the proctor had not yet connected and no suspicious activity was detected on my end.</P><P>This issue is urgent, as I need to complete the exam and submit the certification to my employer for an important project.
