Did not receive Exam Certification even after 5 days of passing the exam

@Nadia1 and Databricks Team,

I am following up on my exam certificate for the exam: Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate. Which I passed on 29th November 2024 but still I didn't receive certification on credential portal. It's been more than 5 days and still no certificate on this link (https://credentials.databricks.com/). Please issue the same and send the certificate. Even I tried raising the tickets in past, even that didn't help.

I am also attaching screenshots for your reference.

Please provide the certificate for the passed exam on credentials portal, this literally an unpleasant experience. What's the point of committing to 48 hours timeline for sharing the certificate, if you can't adhere to it.
