Unable to access Databricks Fundamentals certification

Hi Community,

I am facing an issue while attempting the Databricks Fundamentals Certification quiz. When I try to access the quiz, I receive an "Access Denied" message with a prompt to contact the administrator.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or can someone guide me on how to resolve it?
