Databricks exam got suspended without any reason.

Hi Team,

My Databricks certified Data engineer Associate exam got suspended on 27th December and it is in progress state.

I was continuously in front of camera and suddenly the alert appeared , and paused the session with the message that contact with the support person. After sometime a person came and I give him the room tour and everthing is fine,then he/she said wait for some time and he/she is checking my details then after he said my exam was suspended, please take help from databricks community. I did request on Kryterion Support. I am not sure why my exam got suspended. As there was nothing suspicious. Please solve the issue. I really need to get the certification and its really important for my project and resume. requesting you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you can resume my exam or if you can reschedule the same for today or anyday.
