Databricks certified Data Engineer Associate exam got automatically Suspended

Hi @Cert-Team , @Cert-TeamOPS I have faced the issue of exam suspension of Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam.

On December 27, 2024, while taking the exam, it was paused due to an issue related to my eye movements. Subsequently, I received an email from your support team notifying me that the exam was rescheduled for the following day.

On December 28, 2024, I launched the rescheduled exam. Unfortunately, it was paused again for approximately 25 minutes. During this time, I was asked to show my desk, which I promptly complied with. However, after this interaction, I was informed that my exam had been suspended.

I kindly request your support in understanding the reason for this suspension and guidance on the next steps to resolve this matter. I am eager to complete the certification process and am willing to address any concerns or provide additional information if required.

Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts I have put in for this exam.
