Issue with "Delivery Specialization: CDW Migration Best Practices" Course Completion Status

Hello,

I recently enrolled in the "Delivery Specialization: CDW Migration Best Practices" course as part of my professional development. Here's a summary of my progress:

Course Content: Completed all videos and documentation.
Test: Successfully passed.
LABS: Completed most of the sections, submitted them, and received a grade of 76/100.

However, despite completing these steps, the course still shows the LAB as "In Progress", and I'm unable to mark the course as completed or receive the certificate. I've tried multiple times to resolve this issue but without success.

Could someone please assist with this issue or guide me on how to resolve it?

Sometimes the course provides a survey that needs to be filled to complete it, isnt it the case on your course?
