Did not recieved Databricks certificate and badge

I have passed the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate and it has been 12 hours already but i didnt get the certificate. Please help

It typically takes 24-48 working hours to receive your certificate after passing the exam. If after that timeframe is not received, let us know.

I am follow up regarding my Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam. It has been more than 24 hours since I completed the exam, but I have not yet received my certification or access to the batch.
