Databricks Certification Exam Got Suspended. Need help in resolving the issue

I was giving the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Exam and after 35th Question attempt the exam was suspended by saying rapid eye movement even though I was looking at the screen whole time they asked me to show the workspace and whole room which I showed to them there was nothing there no keyboard no mouse no phone only a government id proof which was as requested by exam details , And Still suspended the exam without apparent reason , please help me resolving this urgently as I had paid a huge sums for exam

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Exam got suspended.I was looking at the screen whole time they asked me to show the workspace and whole room which I showed to them. Please help me in resolving this and reschedule the exam .
