Test name - Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate

I have experienced a pathetic experience today while giving my Data bricks certification exam for data analyst associate. Initially, to launch the exam, it took much time. After the exam has started, I did not take my eyes off the screen but there was a pop mentioning to look into the screen. Abruptly, my test was stopped after few minutes and directed to proctor. The proctor asked me to show all the surroundings and I have shown everything. Everything was clean. Even my mobile is not nearby. Then suddenly, my exam got suspended. I was looking into screen and did not attempt for any malpractice.

Please help me reshedule my exam on 16-02-2025 , as soon as possible.Kindly help me retaking this exam as this is very important for me .

I have raised Ticket #00618541 at help.databricks.com , Kindly help to resolve the issue .
