Test name - Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate

I have experienced a pathetic experience today while giving my Data bricks certification exam for Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate, I was in the middle of my exam attempted 11 questions , I did not take my eyes off the screen but there was a pop mentioning to look into the screen, I tried to move closer to the screen to see the questions . Abruptly, my test was stopped after few minutes and directed to proctor. The proctor asked me to show all the surroundings and I have shown everything three times . Everything was clean. Even my mobile is not nearby. Then suddenly, my exam got suspended. I was looking into screen and did not attempt for any malpractice.I am staying in hostel and no one is there in my room I was alone , even after checking three times as well they haven't allowded me into the exam ..It is important to me to take the exam I requested the proctor to allow me to take the exam .

Please help me reshedule my exam on 17-02-2025 by 9:AM. Kindly help me retaking this exam as this is very important for me .
