Exam got suspended

I had very bad experience while giving my Databricks exam.

I have completed 75% of the exam then suddenly my exam got paused and I am asked to to show my entire room which I did from every angle. Then my exam got suspended saying violation of rules.

I have no idea what rule I have violated and there's no specific reason mentioned.

I have raised request in the support team.Please help here to reschedule my exam. It's very unfortunate to get suspended after preparing well for the exam and even after taking no unfair means.
