Exam suspended - DE associate - for no reason

Hi,

I was in the mid of the exam writing my 27th question, and suddenly a prompt came in saying do not look else where, while I was focused only on the screen reading the entire question, a proctor came in and I showed him the entire room as asked, and he suspended the exam, is this the way you treat someone who wants to take the exam genuinely. Please try to solve this ASAP. I need to write the exam.
