Exam Suspended - Data Engineer Associate

My Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam was suspended due to a code of conduct violation, and I am unsure why. I have already raised a support ticket (Ticket #00622106) but waiting to receive updates on when I can resume the exam.

I'd like to take the exam as soon as possible.

Here is my availability (EST Time Zone) for this week.

Today - Feb 23 (5pm to 10 pm) | Feb 24 (8pm to 10 pm) | Feb 25 (6pm to 10 pm) | Feb 26 (6pm to 10 pm)

Or else, Please let me know when it can be rescheduled earliest. I'd be happy to do so.
