Exam suspended

Hi ,

I enrolled for the Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate certification exam and on the scheduled date I appeared. When I launched the exam It did system test , all system tested passed but after that nothing was coming and screen locked. I then connected with the help desk and open a case 03171712 as well. After that I see it is in suspended state.

Support team says to rescheduled the exam but that option is not coming now as the exam date passed away.

Please suggest how to give my test again .
