Yet to receive Certificate for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional Certification

I cleared my certification exam, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional on 26 Feb 2025. I am yet to receive a certificate and it is more than 48 hours.

Any help is appreciated.

I got an email saying

But the one that you have shared is for Associate exam (which i cleared in Aug 2023). The above request was for Professional certification (which i cleared on 26 Feb 2025).

Please help me on this
