Exam got suspended Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate

Hello Team,
My exam was scheduled for 6:45 am IST on 4th march, I had multiple interruptions during the exam, when I started the exam at 6:45 am after few minutes the exam was paused for 15 mins and I was told to relaunch and the exam got scheduled for 7:15 am IST, later the proctor team asked me to show my exam room I showed them the exam room twice, I wear specs but due to some biometric constraints I was not able to wear it, and even though I was continuously looking at the screen my eyes were straining so was blinking and it mentions that you can close your eyes for a minute and continue, but my exam was suspended suddenly, I was almost done with the exam and this happened, it's really frustrating. Here is the support ticket number #00626948. Please look into this asap it's really important and it's annoying to see how multiple people have faced the same suspension issue because of eyesight. Please reschedule my exam it important for me to complete.
