Exam Got Suspended without any reason

Hi Databricks, I had scheduled my exam on 5th mar 2025 for 15:15 pm IST, during exam some pop up came, stating that I am looking here and there which was not the case I was just blinking my eyes. Even for reading question you need to move your eyes, so I was looking at it. But still they suspended my exam. I showed my desk to them, even I showed them my whole room, no one was there in the room. But still they suspended my exam. I raised the ticket with databricks support team. Please help and reschedule my exam @Cert-Team
