Data Engineer Associate Exam suspension - Totally unfair

Hi.

I was taking the certification at 11 PM IST yesterday [March11th], and my exam got suspended when I had just 2 questions left. Before suspension, there was a support intervention and I showed around the room, and desk, and I was asked wait for sometime. After some moments, I got a message saying that my exam was suspended. You can look at the recordings throughout, and I was totally genuine about this exam. I was not involved in any unfair means and I was about to complete my exam.

This is really frustrating after putting a lot of efforts to prepare, which is totally unfair for candidate like me who is very honest.

I raised ticket to investigate this issue. Requesting the team to look at this on priority and help me with the results/ a solution for this issue.

I received a response for the ticket, saying that they will reschedule the exam. I was asked my convenient date and time. I have responded back with the below slot.

I would like this to be rescheduled to 13th March, 11 PM IST. Could you pls facilitate.
