Suspension of Databricks Analyst Certification Exam

Exam Date - 14 March 2024

Exam - Databricks Analyst Certified Associate

I wanted to follow up on my exam suspension review, as I have not yet received an update. During my session, I got 2 alerts not to look around. I was not looking around but there were few questions which I need to think. Also I sometimes roll my eyes due to eye injury and problem from childhood. I still acknowleded that when asked not to look around. Then when I have completed my exam and was reviewing last 15min , i got message that exam representative wants to connect.The exam representative representative reviewed the entire location and my sitting area 2-3 times through webcam and thanked me for my cooperation. However, I was later informed that the system flagged for a suspension and they cannot tell the reason.It was a shock to me. I took entire day leave for the exam and spent 1hour 15 minute and at the end it was suspended, its very frustrating.

I will really need help to review and remove my suspension so that I can resume my exam soonest and can be today also. This is very important to complete the certification maximum by 19th March, for my KPI from office.
