Dear Certification Team @Cert-Team @Certificate Team,

Request Id# 00631343

I faced a highly frustrating experience during my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam on March 11, 2025. Despite maintaining focus on the screen, I received repeated alerts for eye movement. Later, the proctor asked me to show my room and desk multiple times, and despite full compliance, my exam was unfairly suspended.

I raised the ticket on 11th Mar2025 but till today I am not received any response.

I faced a highly frustrating experience during my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam on March 20, 2025. My exam got suspended due to eye movement. I was not moving my eyes away from laptop screen. It's hard to focus and read each transparent options on 14inches laptop, so have to do to and for to read the questions. , I received repeated alerts for eye movement. Later, the proctor asked me to show my room and desk multiple times, and despite full compliance, my exam was unfairly suspended.

I raised the ticket on today .

Please kindly reschedule my exam by tomorrow or day after tomorrow as I have urgent need to provide this certification. Please help me to reschedule it within next 24 hours.
