Exam got suspended

Dear Team,

I had given exam for databricks associate developer for apache spark. I was about to submit the exam and at the last moment, was reviewing few questions at that time, suddenly got a popup to show my surroundings. I have also showed the surroundings and suddenly got a notification that i have been suspended.

I was giving my exam honestly and was continuously in the frame all the time and didn't even moved my sight for a second. You can also check the recordings of my exam for your reference.

I have worked really hard and planned by taking leaves from the office in the specific schedule. I was about submit the exam and thing like this happened. I have also raised tickets on this concern but no response from team.
