I am reaching out for immediate assistance regarding an issue with my Gen AI Engineer Associate exam. The exam has been suspended, and I am unable to proceed as planned.

Exam Name: Gen AI Engineer Associate
Date of Suspension: 3/30/2025
Reason (if known): No Reason

I kindly request clarification on why the exam was suspended and the necessary steps I should take to resolve the issue. I am eager to continue my certification process and would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in reactivating or rescheduling my exam.
