topic Databricks Accredible Details Incorrect in Certifications

Hello everyone, not sure where else to turn to about this issue. Please read this entire post before responding with what has already been done. Thank You

I'll try to make this as clear, short and to the point as possible. I have a bunch of Databricks Certifications, but there are a few that are incorrect - one with no expiration date (when there should be) the same also awarded to me twice. And another that shows "expired" with no way to remove it from my Accredible profile where they appear.

I attempted first to reach out to credentials@databricks.com and received an automatic response "This email is not monitored. Submit your question or issues through a support ticket at https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training. Thank you."

I then proceeded to follow the link/url above and submitted a ticket explaining my exact issue and the support's response was as followed:

Hi ,

Your request (00628338) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.

Ticket Details:
Subject: Databricks Certification Corrections
Status: Closed
Priority: Normal

Comment description:
Hi Christopher,
Thank you for reaching out to Databricks support!
We request you to contact the Credentials support team.
For your convenience, the Credentials support link is provided below.
support@accredible.com

Regards
Databricks Training Support Team

So I proceeded to reach out to the following support email to Accredible and they responded with the following;

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us at Accredible Support.

Accredible is classed as a Data Handler under GDPR and data privacy laws, meaning we are unauthorized to change or remove any of your data.

The certification that you requested to be removed, I have cc'd the databricks team in this email, Databricks team may you kindly remove the credential as requested by the recipient.

Also regarding the duplication of the credentials at databricks team would this be issued in error or that was meant to be a renewal.

All the best,
Benjamin

Note - they CC'd the exact same email that has an automatic response that I mention above. So I am stuck in a circle of Accredible pointing the finger at Databricks Support, and Databricks Support pointing the finger at Accredible.

I've attempted multiple times replying to Accredible's support explaining this issue too and have had no response, guessing that they have ghosted this issue/ticket I submitted and not dealing with it.

Any help on how to fix these errors on my Accredible profile would be much appreciated as I find it ridiculous how this spiral of finger pointing is even an issue for Databricks and their partner.
