Urgent Issue - Databricks Data Engineer Professional Exam Suspended

Hello Databricks Community - @Cert-TeamOPS ,

I am writing with significant concern and frustration regarding my Databricks Data Engineer Professional exam that was scheduled for today, April 4, 2025, at 3:30 PM EDT.

I started the exam on time, having prepared diligently for several weeks. However, within approximately five to 10 minutes of beginning, the exam was unexpectedly suspended without any explanation provided.

I am deeply worried about this situation. I dedicated considerable time and effort to prepare for this exam, and to have it abruptly cancelled in a busy environment like my apartment, where finding focused time is challenging, feels particularly unfair. I ensured I had a suitable testing environment according to the guidelines.

Could someone please urgently assist me in understanding the reason for this suspension and help me get my exam rescheduled as quickly as possible? The uncertainty and disruption to my schedule are causing me significant stress.
