I hope this message finds you well.I cleared for the Databricks Associate Certification exam, but I have not yet received my badge. I would appreciate it if you could help me with the status or guide me on the next steps to claim it.

It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam just in case it went there. If you do not receive your badge in 48 hours, please file a ticket with our support team. Please also provide them with your email address so that they can look up your account (it is not advised that you post your email address here in community)

Hi Team,Thanks for the reply. Its more than 90 hours till the time I passed the exam. I have already raised a ticket in the support page but no respond from there since last 1 day . One of our client is already in frustrated stage to get this done.Please help to get the batch. It's really needed ASAP.
