My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate (Version 3) exam has been suspended, WHY?

On 10 August 2023, I was in the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate (Version 3) online exam. I answered all 45 questions. I was reviewing my answers. Suddenly the page was directed to another page, and someone asked me through a chat dialogue to show the room and desk and then asked me to contact Databricks. He has not answered my concerns at all and just asked me to contact Databricks. I already mentioned my problem in https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training but no answer yet. I am really confused and have no idea what happened. Please let me know what is wrong with my exam and how should I proceed.

Yesterday, I submitted the issue by https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training but I have not received any confirmation email. I tried it once again just now, and this time I received the confirmation email. The ticket number that I received after submitting the issue is: #00357566.

I see that this conversation is not private and all visitors could see my answer, then I prefer to not share my username on the https://www.webassessor.com in this chat. Is there any private chat channel where I can submit you all details?

By the way, I would like to mention again that I have answered all questions and I was reviewing the answers before the exam got suspended. I request you calculate my score as is and issue my certificate, please.

I just started the Databricks training a couple days ago. I'm done with the pre-requisites and was going to start the Certified Data Engineer Associate (Version 3) course yesterday morning but it was showing "You can not access the course because it is under maintenance". I figured it would be back up in a few hours but 24 hours later and it's still down. Any idea how long it will be down?
