Never received certificate voucher

Hello,

I took the lakehouse fundamentals a few months back and was supposed to receive a certificate voucher for completing it. I never received the voucher, has anyone else experienced this? I tried contacting Databricks multiple times but no response.

Hello, so I cannot seem to find the ticket number. I did the lakehouse fundamentals certificate through our USAF partner program. Im not sure I ever received a ticket number though. This is the email I received and did the fundamentals about 2 days after:

Limited-time offer: If you earn your Lakehouse Fundamentals accreditation by February 28, 2023, we’ll send you a Databricks certification voucher ($150 value) in March. You can use the voucher to schedule and take a selection of Databricks certification exams before August 1, 2023

Hello @ShaunB Could you tell us which program was that and if you could share more information on it, like a screenshot of the email you've received? beacuse we are unable to trace your email. Did you fill any survey back then?

So it actually was a different program, my bad. Yes I did complete a survey, heres screenshot of email I received. Email i used was shaunbraughton@gmail.com

@ShaunB Looks like the program was conducted 9 months ago, and we no longer offer any voucher codes. We might have something in near future.
