Databricks Exam Suspended : Help

Hi @Cert-Team ,

I had a bad experience while taking the Databricks Certification exam and it got suspended in the middle without any reason.
I also showed my entire room to the support and later it suspended suddenly and I didn't get any support after that.
On top of that I couldn't able to login to submit the ticket as i forgot the passkey. To reset the Passkey It is asking to go inside settings but I couldn't able to login at the first Point.
I have to take the Certification in this week. Please help me with this issue.
Below are my exam details:
Assessment Name: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
Date: 22 April 2025 (Asia/ Calcutta)
Time: 14:00
