I missed the exam due to a misunderstanding about the scheduled time

While scheduling the exam, I selected 1 as the time, and it was scheduled for 1 AM on 27th April. However, I mistakenly thought it was scheduled for 1 PM on 27th April, due to which I missed the exam. I kindly request your help in rescheduling the exam, as it is very important for my career. Additionally, mentioning AM/PM clearly along with the time would be very helpful for users. I have already raised a support ticket (#00656543). Please do the needful and assist me in rescheduling the exam.

I faced the same issue today.

While scheduling my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional exam, I selected 1:30 as the exam time, assuming it was 1:30 PM IST on 18th July 2025. However, the exam was actually scheduled for 1:30 AM IST, which I unfortunately misunderstood. As a result, I missed the exam.

This certification is very important for my career growth, and I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling the exam. I have raised a support ticket #00702101.

I encountered a similar issue, I scheduled it for 3:30 IST, but it seems it was 3:30 AM instead of PM. Because of the misunderstanding, I missed the exam today. Have raised the ticket #00702778

I am seeking assistance regarding reschedulng exam support ticket - 00924454.
I had scheduled my Databricks Gen AI Engineer Associate exam for 24 May at 10:45 AM, but I mistakenly assumed the exam was scheduled for 10:45 PM. Due to this misunderstanding, I unfortunately missed the exam appointment.
