    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;After starting the exam, it was paused and then resumed after a few minutes. However, shortly after restarting, the exam was unexpectedly suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’m not sure why this happened, as I ensured that the entire room was shown, including all four sides, and there was no background noise or anyone else present. I followed all the exam guidelines strictly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I raised a support ticket on Friday evening, but I haven’t received any response yet. This exam is extremely important to me, and I have put in a great deal of effort preparing for it. Successfully completing it would be a significant step forward in my career.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received a mail saying that we will reschedule the exam but the name and ticket id mentioned in the mail is not mine . I think there is some confusion can you please review it once&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the new ticket which i have raised after receiving the wrong name and ticket id in the mail&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;00664556&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
