Need help in rescheduling missed exam.

Hi @Cert-Team , @Cert-TeamOPS ,

I need help in rescheduling my missed exam, I've raise a ticket #00666848. Please help me to reschedule an exam at the earliest. I missed my exam due to time confusion I selected the time as 9:00 PM IST but seems while rescheduling it was selected as 9:00 AM IST, Due to this I was not able to make in exam. Please consider a request for a reschedule and help me through this as it's been long I was preparing for an exam and now due to this issue I'm under a stressful situation.
