My Exam got suspended

I was taking my Databricks data engineer associate exam and it got suspended for no reason. Its already 3 am for me and i have been facing issues. This is totally unfair and I am upset about this entire setting. I was in front of the camera for all the time.

My exam status is still in progress state in the web assessor.

Hi @Cert-Team I have responded to them in email.

I actually appeared for the exam again by paying the exam fee again and cleared it.

Could you refund the amount that was booked for the initial exam?
