&lt;P&gt;This error usually occurs when your account is registered under the Partner Academy. In that case, you won’t be able to access the Customer Academy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try logging in through the Partner Academy (&lt;A href="https://partner-academy.databricks.com/learn" target="_blank"&gt;https://partner-academy.databricks.com/learn&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I am getting the same error message and redirect today. I am definitely a customer and not a partner and it looks like the redirected URL&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="" href="https://databricks.docebosaas.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://databricks.docebosaas.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is just community 'free' training when I logged in there. I've also lost all my completed and in progress training ... I've raised a support ticket on Databricks Academy but interested to know if anyone else had this issue and a successful resolution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd rather not have to restart all my training from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
