Databricks badge and certification are not issued

Hi Team,

I had Cleared Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 - Python on 20-08-2023 .

But still the badge and certificate are not issued. Please help me on this issue.

I really need to get the certification and it's really important for my project.
