Data engineer associate exam was suspended, need help

I faced some interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification. My exam got suspended just because I leaned closer to the laptop screen to clearly read the question and options. I was not involved in any unfair means.

I have already raised a query regarding the same but have not received any confirmation email.
My Webassessor email: bbhargav982@gmail.com

Please kindly reschedule my exam by today or tomorrow, as I have an urgent need to provide this certification to my employer. Otherwise, I would be at risk of losing my job.

Please resolve this on high priority, as this is not fair considering the time and effort I have invested in preparing for this exam. I feel extremely disappointed and disheartened right now. I have months of preparation behind this, and I need to complete this exam as soon as possible.
