Missed the certification exam due to timing [AM/PM] misunderstanding

Hi @admin @cert-ops , @Cert-Team I had my exam on 19th July 2025[today] for 3:30 IST, but it seems it was 3:30 AM instead of PM. Because of the misunderstanding, I missed the exam today. I have already raised the ticket #0070277

Is there any other steps I can take to mitigate the issue and reschedule the exam. Thanks for the support
