Missed the certification exam schedule - reschedule required

I have missed the certification exam schedule. I thought it is 3:15PM instead of ##AM. Is there a possibility this can be reschedule to today anytime? I already send an email as well, since this issue is quite time sensitive. My email is kikefranssen@gmail.com for the account.

I also made a ticket 00705668, but since the exam is changing to a new version tomorrow, this is very time-sensitive.

Hi,

I do have the problem that I don't know when this ticket will be handled (might be within 72 hours) and I really want to take the exam today. The new version of the exam will be available from tomorrow on, and I studied for the current version. So is there any way to speed up this process so that I can take it today?
