I am writing to inform you that my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam, scheduled on 23 July 2025 at 17:30 (Asia/Calcutta time zone) under the username rahulnbiju007@gmail.com, was unexpectedly suspended during the session.

The reason stated was that my face came too close to the screen. I would like to clarify that this happened unintentionally, and I did not engage in any form of malpractice. I leaned in briefly to focus better, and I understand now that this may have triggered the system alert.

I also clearly showed my table and room to the support team, following all the instructions provided.

Given the urgency of this certification for an important project, I kindly request you to reschedule my exam within the next 24 hours.
