Databricks ML associate exam got suspended

Hi Team,

I was taking online exam for Databricks Certified Machine Learning Engineer Associate on 06-September-2023 at 2:30 PM IST. In between the exam my session got suspended by proctor even though I was in my seat and looking at camera . Again I am not able to continue my exam.
I would really like to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible because the certification to be completed before 10th September .
