Yesterday I had an exam for databricks associate data engineer.

I was giving the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Exam and after 36th Question attempt the exam was suspended by saying rapid eye movement even though I was looking at the screen whole time they asked me to show the workspace and whole room which I showed to them there was nothing there no keyboard no mouse no phone only a government id proof which was as requested by exam details , And Still suspended the exam without apparent reason , please help me resolving this urgently as I had paid a huge sums for exam
