Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam got suspended

Hello Team,

I faced multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification, The exam got paused 1 time and I waited for an hour for someone to reach out to me from the support team. Eventually my exam got suspended without any warning or assistance by the support team advocate. I was not involved in any unfair means and I had just started my exam. It was really frustrating and painful for me as I had done a lot of investment into the examination in terms of preparation and time.

I have worked really hard and planned to complete the exam this week due to time constraints. Please help me urgently.

Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts I have put in for this exam.

Exam: Databricks Certified Associate Data Engineer

Time: 29 August 2025 - 2300hrs Asia/Calcutta
