Certificate not received after exam completion

I have completed the Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification on 22nd August as 5pm IST. Could you please check on the status and let me know when I can expect to receive it? I would greatly appreciate your assistance,

It was the same scenario for me too (If you mean you didn't receive it in your email). What I did is go to accredible platform for Databricks and I saw my cert there. And then you can share or add your badge for example in linkedin. You can check here if you got it, just login with your creds

As sometimes emails get inside the spam, or it may be filtered out.

I have already checked my accredible wallet, I didn't my badge/certificate there. So that's the reason I have posted in this forum.

Hi @a_rohith ,

Usually it takes up to 48 hours until your certification arrives. Since you've taken exam at Friday and there was a weekend, they still have some time to deliver it to you 🙂

Agreeing to what you said, but I feel this would have been automated process as when the results are shown on spot as PASS/FAIL. Even the certification generation would have been an automated process. But anyways I can still wait and also parallelly let the team double check it!

It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam just in case it went there. If you do not receive your badge in 48 hours, please file a ticket with our support team. Please also provide them with your email address so that they can look up your account (Please note that we cannot provide support via community, it is not advised that you post your email address here in community)

Dear @Cert-Team,

I am also facing the similar issue. The digital credentials for the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam are missing. The certification was successfully passed on August 31, 2025, but the digital certificate or badge has not been received via email. According to the FAQ, credentials are typically issued within 48 hours. Since that time has passed, it would be appreciated if this matter could be looked into. Thank you for your assistance.
