I am Unable to Re-Schedule my Exam

I booked my Databricks Data Engineer Professional exam and re-scheduled it once, I don't think I will be prepared to write the exam as scheduled on October 15th, I am trying to re-schedule my exam to a data later than October 15th but I am unable to as all the future dates beyond October 15th 2025 are greyed out. Please guide me to Re-Schedule my exam to a later date.

Thanks for your response @WiliamRosa . I am doing it the same way as mentioned in the document but I am unable to select Exam dates beyond October 15th, All dates after October 15th are greyed out.

Seems like the voucher that I used to book this Exam expires on October 15th which is why I am unable to re-schedule my exam beyond that date. I don't have time to prepare for the exam as New contents are being added to the Data Engineer Professional exam. If someone can help me extend the validity of the voucher until October 30th it would be of immense help. Thank you !!!

In this case, I believe the best approach would also be to make this request via a ticket with support team. However, I’m mentioning @Cert-Team here in case they have any additional guidance.
