Not received my certificate after passing Data Engineer Associate exam Even after 48 hours

Hello,

I have pass databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam on 21st September 9 am, It's been more than 48 hours now still didn't get certification mail.

I alredy have account on credintial portal, over there also I am not able to see new certificate.
