      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.databricks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51097"&gt;@Cert-Team&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, need your support with the following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not received my&amp;nbsp;GenAI Solution Development badge even &lt;STRONG&gt;after 48 hrs&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Its not available on credentials.databricks account and neither has it arrived in email/spam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.
